Establishing Mobility Fund.
With this project we want to facilitate the mobility of patients who are physically or economically unable to get to the place of treatment. By establishing a mobility fund, we can enable these patients to attend the required check-ups. With this we can ensure that these patients do not have a relapse, receive their medication and thus improve their quality of life. It also provides extra contact moments with patients. We know that many are unaware of the importance of medication and quit for external reasons. Fundashon Plons Korsou can refer patients on the basis of these contact moments and thus offer the necessary help.
Goal.
A mobility fund is being set up to enable patients who do not receive care or who are in danger of falling out of care, to be treated and/or informed at the right location.
Project details
By establishing the mobility fund, we ensure that patients who currently have difficulty coming to the hospital for treatment, or to participate in information sessions, are given the opportunity to do so.

Project plan.
After several patient studies, in addition to the lack of information and the fact that people do not feel comfortable coming out with their diagnosis, the problems that have emerged are often very practical in nature.
One of these concerns the fact that patients need transport to get to the hospital, or even need to be picked up. There are known cases of people who have to walk half a day to get to the hospital. Many patients have to be taken out of their isolation and it is therefore good to have contact with other patients and care providers. Transport is also required for this.
Due to the fact that the theme is very sensitive, the approach to transport must also be approached very carefully (so no car with a large sticker on it).
By establishing the mobility fund, we ensure that patients who currently have difficulty coming to the hospital for treatment, or to participate in information sessions, are given the opportunity to do so.
Transport can be arranged by using existing companies to pick up patients or, for example, by providing bus tickets for patients to travel with.
